For FileRidge Claim Review questions or connection problems, email [email protected]. FileRidge is provided by Beach Plain LLC.
Include whether you are using ChatGPT or Codex, the step that failed, and the error message. Do not send passwords, access tokens, claim documents, or personal claim details. Remove sensitive details from screenshots before sharing them.
Before connecting
You need an existing FileRidge account and activation for your organization. Use your own account and an AI host permitted by your organization. The connection respects your existing organization and record permissions.
Sign-in or access problem
Confirm that you can sign in to FileRidge with the intended account. If the connection is unavailable or access is denied, ask your FileRidge administrator to confirm organization activation and your permissions, or contact support.
A claim is missing
Use the exact internal FileRidge claim number. A policy number or partial number will not identify an exact claim. Confirm that you can access the claim in FileRidge; the connection does not provide additional record access.
An attachment cannot be read
The connection lists file metadata only. Document contents, filenames, and download links are not provided. Open FileRidge to work with attachments under your existing permissions.
Stop using the connection
Use the connected-app or plugin controls in your AI host to disconnect FileRidge. If you cannot find those controls, contact support. Disconnecting does not remove information already included in an AI conversation; use your AI host’s privacy and deletion controls for that information.
