FileRidge Claim Review in ChatGPT and Codex

FileRidge Claim Review is a read-only connection provided by Beach Plain LLC.

When you connect your FileRidge account, we process the identity and organization information needed to authenticate you and enforce your existing access permissions. Your requests provide search filters or claim identifiers so we can retrieve the records you are authorized to access.

In response to your requests, the connection can return claim identifiers and internal claim numbers, stored claim status and dates, and file metadata: file identifiers, categories, sizes, broad media types, and dates. Results can also include counts and pagination information. These fields let the assistant identify the right claim, report stored facts, and describe the available file metadata.

The connection does not return names, contact details, claim narratives, policy identifiers, filenames, document contents, or download links. It does not change claims or financial records or send messages.

When you ask the connected assistant to retrieve information, the returned metadata is shared with your selected AI host. For ChatGPT or Codex, that host is OpenAI. The host handles the information under its own terms, privacy policies, and your account settings. Our FileRidge retention terms do not control information held by that host.

You can disconnect FileRidge using your AI host’s connected-app or plugin controls. This does not delete information already included in an AI conversation. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud platforms

• Access controls and authentication requirements for all personnel

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
