FileRidge Claim Review is a read-only connection for existing FileRidge customers to look up authorized claim status, dates, and file metadata in ChatGPT or Codex. It is provided by Beach Plain LLC and is intended for availability in the United States.
Review the facts stored in FileRidge
- Find a claim using its exact internal FileRidge claim number.
- Read the claim’s stored status and available dates.
- List file metadata, including file categories, sizes, broad media types, and dates.
The connection returns limited metadata. It does not return names, contact details, claim narratives, policy identifiers, filenames, document contents, or download links. It cannot change claims, create invoices, record payments, or send messages.
Use your existing account
The connection requires your own FileRidge account, activation for your organization, and an OAuth sign-in. Access follows your existing organization and record permissions. There are no purchases or payments within the plugin.
Examples to try when connected
- “Find the claim with this exact internal FileRidge claim number.”
- “Show the stored status and dates for that claim.”
- “List the file metadata for that claim.”
Supply a claim number you are authorized to access. A missing value means the information was not returned; the assistant should not invent it or imply that it read an attachment.
Understand what you share
When you ask the connected assistant to retrieve FileRidge data, the returned metadata is shared with the AI host you selected. For ChatGPT or Codex, that host is OpenAI. Your host’s terms, privacy policies, and account settings govern its handling of that information. Read the Claim Review privacy notice before connecting.
